Jackie PriestleyThank you for being here.  This work is your opportunity to Turn up the Volume on the life you want to live.  I love this work; it is my life’s passion and my lifestyle.  Sit back and take some time to explore my journey, the work I do, and how clients experience this process.

Enjoy exploring.  Please contact me with any questions or to set up a complimentary 30-minute session.

My Journey

I began my practice over 18 years ago, after being inspired, mentored, and encouraged by Dorothy Divack, founder of the Center of Excellence.  With her unwavering support, I invited 30 friends to an intimate gathering and launched Live Life Lightly.  This body of work was the culmination of years of my own painful, yet life changing, relationship with my body. The doors opened and I am grateful every day to have found the work I was meant to do.

My business began with women and body issues, and then 12 years ago it began to expand and deepen.  I committed to a year long program and became a certified coach with the Center of Excellence.   It became clear to me that we are in relationship with everything in our life, and our discomfort is often caused by a fragmented relationship with our body, our self, money, a significant other, a parent or a child. No matter what the presenting issue is, the path to clarity, authenticity and empowerment is the same.

“Human beings, by changing the inner attitudes of their minds, can change the outer aspects of their lives.” – William James

Finding Your Authentic Voice

I love my work. I use the tools on a daily basis; that’s how I know this stuff works!  I have also had the privilege  of working with hundreds of people and witnessing their growth.  Supporting people in recognizing their “voice” and living a life that is Authentic is what my work is all about.  There is nothing more freeing than turning up the volume on the life you were meant to live!
